If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Numa jewlery, we want to help you find the perfect fit. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by courier notification. Please contact contact@wearenuma.com for a return authorization.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and are eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT.
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and any free gift with purchase.
All sale items, personalized styles and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. *This includes items that have a single initial. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. *We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are damaged or have been used. Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
If you receive a Numa product as a gift and wish to return it, simply email us at contact@wearenuma.com within 7 days of receiving your gift for a store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
