Try to remove your jewelry before bathing, showering, and swimming to avoid losing your pieces.
Keep away from abrasive surfaces or harsh chemicals. Avoid contact with lotions, make-up, oil and perfume to not reduce shine
Safely store your jewelry separately when not in use to avoid losing it and any unnecessary tangles.
The only maintenance your Numa jewelry needs is a gentle cleansing with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive jewelry wash.
We are happy to offer free standard shipping in Mexico on all orders. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Mondays.
Each product has its own lead-time in its description. In-Stock pieces are generally processed within 2-business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing back-order items. All of our personalized designs are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks to bring your design to life.

We offer international shipping on all of our items. Please note that some of the countries outside of Mexico may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by FedEx or DHL before the package can be delivered.
When shipping internationally, NUMA Jewelry will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to NUMA Jewelry will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tracking Your Order
1. Find the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email.
2. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page on the UPS, FedEx or USPS website.
If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.ups.com, www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Numa jewelry, we want to help you find the perfect fit. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by courier notification. Please contact contact@wearenuma.com for a return authorization.
If you receive a Numa product as a gift and wish to return it, simply email us at contact@wearenuma.com within 7 days of receiving your gift for a store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
